Press Zero Now, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides proprietary digital marketing services, educational materials, community content, and business resources. This document outlines your rights and restrictions regarding the distribution, resale, and usage of our intellectual property as a subscriber, client, or affiliate.

1. No Resell or Rebranding Rights
   All Press Zero Now content is original and protected by copyright. This includes but is not limited to:
   
   

• Live trainings, workshops, coaching calls, and office hours
  
  
• Templates, guides, swipe files, and downloads
  
  
• Course materials, membership content, and replays
  
  
• Concierge deliverables such as tech audits, marketing assets, website builds, and strategic documents
  
  
• Community discussions, tutorials, or proprietary processes
  
  

You may not copy, rebrand, resell, or claim ownership of any content or assets provided to you by Press Zero Now—whether free or paid. Our resources are intended for your individual business use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Permitted Uses
   The following activities are allowed for clients, subscribers, and affiliates:
   
   

• Affiliate Promotion: Active subscribers and clients may apply to our affiliate program and earn commissions by referring others, provided they follow all ethical and legal guidelines.
  
  
• Client Deliverables: Concierge service clients may use completed assets (e.g., websites, branding, automations) within their business. Ownership applies to final deliverables only; however, Press Zero Now retains rights to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
  
  
• Sharing Within Your Team: Clients may share deliverables internally with their staff or contractors for use within their own business only.
  
  
• Use of Approved Materials: You may download and use officially marked “Downloadable” resources for your own business use.
  
  

1. Prohibited Activities
   The following actions are strictly prohibited:
   
   

• Reselling or Repackaging: You may not resell, license, or redistribute Press Zero Now materials or deliverables to others. This includes templates, emails, training, audits, and community content.
  
  
• Misleading Promotions: You may not promote Press Zero Now as a product with “resell rights,” “master resell rights (MRR),” or similar claims.
  
  
• Unauthorized Payment Processing: All payments must be processed through official Press Zero Now channels. You may not collect funds from others in exchange for access to our content, programs, or services.
  
  
• Discount Manipulation: Affiliates may not offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, bonuses, gift cards, or alternative compensation to influence sales.
  
  
• Sharing Login Credentials: Membership login credentials must not be shared. Accounts found doing so will be terminated without refund.
  
  
• Unauthorized Teaching or Redistribution: You may not extract and re-teach our proprietary methods, curriculum, or service workflows in your own offers, courses, masterminds, or consulting services.
  
  

1. Violations & Consequences
   Violating this policy may result in:
   
   

• Immediate termination of access to our platform, community, and client services
  
  
• Revocation of affiliate status and commissions
  
  
• Loss of access to purchased or delivered materials
  
  
• Legal action for breach of contract, copyright infringement, or intellectual property theft where applicable
  
  

1. Agreement to These Terms
   By engaging with Press Zero Now as a subscriber, client, or affiliate, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms. These terms are subject to change. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
