  • With payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments, or Klarna

  • To enforce our terms and protect our rights, intellectual property, clients, and community

  • With affiliate partners for the limited purpose of tracking and issuing commissions according to our Affiliate Terms

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with our concierge services are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and timely assets (logos, content, branding materials, course materials, etc.)

  • Approving deliverables at each project phase in writing

  • Understanding that delays or changes in approval may push project timelines

  • Paying for any additional revisions beyond those originally agreed upon

  • Abiding by mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) signed at project start

6. Ownership and Use of Work

The final deliverables created for you are yours to keep. However:

  • Press Zero Now retains ownership of the Tech Audit, even when shared with the client as part of our lead generation process. It may not be copied, distributed, or resold.

  • We may use examples of finished projects in our portfolio, promotional content, or internal documentation, unless the work includes sensitive or personal information

  • All shared materials and project outputs are subject to the intellectual property protections outlined in our service agreements

7. Affiliate Program

Users who participate in our affiliate program agree to the terms outlined in our Affiliate Agreement. Highlights include:

  • Affiliates receive 10% commission on the referred client’s first paid project, up to a maximum of $500

  • Commissions are paid after the project is complete and Press Zero Now has received full payment

  • No commissions are paid on additional future projects from the same client

  • Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices and may not misrepresent our brand, services, or policies

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, security practices, or data use. We recommend reviewing their terms before sharing any personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it as quickly as possible.

You have the right to:
