Terms of Purchase Agreement
This Refund Policy governs the purchase of digital products, subscription services, and done-for-you or done-with-you digital marketing support provided by Press Zero Now, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services or offers, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Purchase Terms & Conditions

All digital product purchases, membership subscriptions, and service bookings are processed securely through payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments. These providers utilize SSL encryption for secure transactions. Press Zero Now does not retain your full payment information outside of required billing data.

A standard processing fee is included in your purchase total to cover third-party transaction costs. This fee is non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that:

All purchases are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of digital content and service delivery.
Digital products (e.g., templates, trainings, downloads, workshops) are considered “used” once accessed or delivered.
Concierge service bookings (e.g., tech setups, website builds, email automations) are custom and non-refundable once work begins.
Strategy calls, audits, or done-with-you sessions are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Subscription & Billing Policy

Membership Subscription Terms

All membership subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually unless canceled in advance.
Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. Access will remain active through the current billing period.
Annual Plans: You may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds are provided.
Cancellations must be completed by the user through their Kajabi account before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.

Processing Fees & Adjustments

All payments are subject to standard payment processing fees, which are included in the purchase price. These fees are retained by the payment provider and are not refundable.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of access. Any outstanding balances or reversal fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Issues & Access Support

If you do not receive access to your purchased content or services within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends or holidays), please contact us at [email protected] with your full name and transaction details.

Press Zero Now is not responsible for delivery delays or access issues caused by:

Incorrect email address provided during checkout
User error when logging into or using Kajabi
Delayed bank processing or third-party payment platform issues

Policy on Free Offers

Our free Tech Audit and other promotional downloads are offered as complimentary tools and do not include service guarantees. While we aim to deliver high value, these resources are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, and no compensation is offered for perceived outcomes.

Policy Modifications

Press Zero Now reserves the right to update product offerings, pricing structures, cancellation terms, or this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of our services or products after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing, subscribing, or engaging with Press Zero Now services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with the purchase.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Press Zero Now platform, services, and community, including but not limited to digital marketing education, concierge offerings, downloadable resources, live calls, templates, and affiliate opportunities (collectively referred to as the “Product”).
By using the Product, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not access or use any part of the Product.

1. License Grant & Usage Rights

Press Zero Now, LLC grants paying members and clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our digital content and services for personal business use only.

You may:

Use downloadable materials explicitly marked as such for your own business.
Refer others through our approved affiliate program (see Section 2).

You may not:

Copy, resell, share, or redistribute our training materials, templates, workshops, coaching, or private community content.
Present any of our intellectual property as your own.
Use our name or resources to create competing offers, promotions, or content.

Violations of usage rights may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

2. Affiliate Program Terms

Only active subscribers and approved partners may join the Press Zero Now Affiliate Program.
Affiliates may promote the platform using approved marketing methods but may not resell, repackage, or misrepresent any content.
Use of misleading terms such as “master resell rights” or “rebrandable content” is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must comply with our Distribution Rights Policy and ethical marketing guidelines.
We reserve the right to revoke affiliate access at our sole discretion for any violations of these terms, our ethical standards, or community conduct.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, PayPal, or Kajabi Payments.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription via their Kajabi account.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products, live trainings, tech audits, strategy calls, or services.
Annual subscriptions remain active through the paid term but are not eligible for prorated refunds.
Chargeback disputes may result in immediate account suspension and possible termination of services.

Processing Fees

Some purchases may include a non-refundable processing fee, which covers payment processing costs, administrative setup, and account activation.
This fee is included in your total at checkout and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without refund, if you violate any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized distribution or resale of content
Harassment or disruptive behavior in the community
Ethical violations within the affiliate program
Filing unauthorized payment disputes or fraudulent activity

If terminated, you must discontinue use of all Press Zero Now resources and delete any materials you have downloaded.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Press Zero Now platform—including video trainings, templates, designs, written materials, logos, and community discussions—is the intellectual property of Press Zero Now, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You do not have ownership of any of our content. Downloadable items are licensed for personal use only and may not be altered, sold, or distributed.

User-Generated Content (UGC):
By posting, commenting, or engaging within our community, you grant Press Zero Now a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to display or repurpose your contributions within our platform or for promotional use (excluding sensitive or personally identifiable information).

6. Client Work & Concierge Services

Clients who engage Press Zero Now for digital marketing services (e.g., funnel builds, Kajabi setups, branding, automation, course creation) understand that:

Work is custom and quoted individually.
Each phase must be approved in writing.
Client delays may affect project timelines.
Final deliverables are owned by the client, though Press Zero Now reserves the right to showcase anonymized versions in its portfolio.
No refunds are provided once work has begun.

7. Modifications to This Agreement

Press Zero Now reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions take effect immediately upon being posted. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
